Description
Summary:
This position will perform full life cycle recruiting activities. Activities may include, but not limited to: ensuring required approvals have been obtained for job replacements or additions; managing the applicant tracking system; responsible for recruiting and interviewing potential candidates, scheduling recruiting and employment events and interviews; collecting and tracking all applicant flow for exempt and non-exempt positions for the entire organization; organizing orientation lists and schedules; conducting and reviewing background screens; development of recruiting strategies and interview assessments.
Essential Duties/Functions:
Performs full life cycle recruiting; attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing methods. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation
Develop, maintain, and initiate the onboarding plan for new hires
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Representatives.
Keep up to date with industry trends and the latest market intelligence to inform successful recruitment strategies
Strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
Build robust strategies to attract, source, and screen a high-quality pool of diverse candidates both for short and long-term priorities
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process
Actively participate in all staffing-related activities and engage in cross-functional projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required
Years of Experience:
5+ years previous staffing and recruiting administration competence in a fast pace human resources environment.
Demands:

Strong communication organizational and negotiation skills
