This position will work with hiring managers in the requisition intake process and partner with People Practices teams on processes to open and fill roles. The position will develop and manage sourcing strategies, assess and interview candidates while guiding and coaching hiring managers through the process of attracting and on boarding best in class and diverse talent.

What will you do?
- The Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of positions for The Madison Square Garden Company. This role will establish partnerships with leaders of their assigned groups, manage stakeholders and lead the recruiting process for open positions.
- The ideal candidate is committed to providing an enhanced customer and candidate experience and marketing MSG as a great place to work.
- This position will partner with their manager and the business to build and execute a strategy to position the organization(s) as an employer of choice within their assigned area.
- The ideal candidate will be committed to execute processes, programs and communications ensuring adherence to established Company standards.
- This position will be responsible for facilitating staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviews of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews and offers of employment and ensuring an efficient onboarding in partnership with the hiring managers.
What do you need to succeed?
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant degree or experience and a minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing skills and written and verbal skills required.
- Working knowledge and understanding of all laws, rules, codes and regulations applicable to the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, changing entrepreneurial work environment while performing multiple tasks is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
