We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our human resources team. This Recruiter will focus on filling non-exempt vacancies across the organization in partnership with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also responsible for overseeing the annual Internship program, fostering relationships with relevant universities and trade programs to create pipeline programs, and attending and/or conducting career fairs.

What You Do:

• Screens candidates and conducts interviews.
• Oversees the internship program.
• Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
• Attends and participates in local career fairs, college events, and community events to attract top talent and build name recognition.
• Sources and discovers top talent current and future needs utilizing job boards, professional organizations, employee referrals, trade schools, and colleges and universities.
• Assists in the planning, developing, and executing of the company’s employer branding initiatives and activities.
• Reviewing employment applications and creating background check reports.
• Provides support for exempt recruiting as needed.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; professional certifications a plus.
• Three or more years of human resources experience required; experience in distribution, manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of human resources, procedures, practices, laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office required; HRIS experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skill with strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude a must.
• Ability to travel up to 25% is required.
