Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for contracting an appropriate volume of independent contract interpreters to maintain efficient response times in alignment with customer volume.
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
- Source, screen and contract independent interpreters in order to fill call volumes in the call center
- Directly communicate with interpreters through the contract process and as needed there after
- Ensure call center is provided with a constant sufficient number of interpreters
- Other duties as may be reasonably requested
Education, Experience + Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven skills utilizing computer systems including Microsoft Suite
- Adapts quickly in constantly changing environments
