What You’ll Do

You’ll be discovering various ways of talent sourcing. You might see that Peru has some exceptional people for client success and so you find a way to recruit them.

You build an understanding of how various job board technologies work like Linkedin and Indeed and HR Partners. Another example might be we need a specialist to help us with SEO and so you might run a linkedin job ad in South Africa to funnel candidates into our SEO content audition.

Shopwindow is developing a connected, thoughtful , happy team focused on a big mission to help local businesses.

This is partly a creative role where you will learn how to arrange our recruitment ads, pre-screening tests and interviews.

If you are studying for a bachelor's degree this may be absolutely perfect for you.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be working closely with the CEO on sourcing candidates and building recruitment systems.

• Strong technical skills in Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides and a willingness to learn other software programs as needed

• Creativity is highly valued
• Zero experience in HR. We have a unique method and are NOT looking for anyone with previous practical experience in HR. You can be studying HR but not currently or previously been working in HR. The person we are looking for has a blank slate with no previous experience. This will be fun.

This role you can do from anywhere. Very non corporate environment. We are a 100% remote only company.
