Who We Are:

Momentum Solar is a premier residential solar provider with offices throughout the U.S. Founded in 2009, Momentum has grown exponentially over the past decade. We implement the entire solar process to ensure a seamless transition to renewable energy.
We are looking for a vibrant Customer Service Manager to lead part of our customer service department. This person will be assisting customers and employees on any inquiry regarding Momentum Solar. We believe in saving the planet. WE BELIEVE IN SOLAR!

We are looking for an entry-level, high energy, enthusiastic individual with the desire to succeed and learn! Be part of our growing recruiting team and open the door to an exciting career! You will work alongside a great team of sales recruiters and leaders, and you will cooperate with various sales partners across the board of the organization to help attract the best talent for their teams. Working in recruiting requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, along with punctuality and attention to detail. You will have the chance to be part of our amazing company culture and all that by working from Home!

Some Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales recruiting experience (Solar is a plus)!
  • Previous sales rep experience is also a plus!
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic performance
  • Intrinsic and uncompromising drive to excel
  • Unrivaled interpersonal skill - you're an expert a determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize the impact
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Chronic curiosity - constantly earning and codifying lessons into a better path forward
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
