The Virtual Recruiters will join our current HR Team and directly impact the furthering of CI’s Mission by ensuring that as an Agency, we recruit and attract candidates who provide support for our Individuals. The positions will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring talent as well as maintaining strong relationships with candidates, industry organizations and internal and external stakeholders. The Virtual/Onsite Recruiters will be assigned to recruit and support the interviewing, onboarding and orientation process for candidates for assigned locations. These locations include Central Pennsylvania and Southeastern Pennsylvania, the State of Delaware and the Pennsylvania and Delaware Day Programs. These are designed to be fast-paced positions and are expected to manage a large volume of candidates and applicant contacts. These positions respond to the ongoing staffing needs of our Residential and Day Programs and various departments throughout our organization.
The positions work independently and under tight deadlines responding to the inquiries of hiring managers. They are accountable to the HR Staffing Specialist and support this position as it is deemed the lead responsible for recruitment, hiring and onboarding. The ability to be proactive and exercise a high degree of customer service is important as the work of these positions can negatively impact staffing schedules and operations.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required, 2-5 years’ talent acquisition and demonstrated experience managing the full-life recruitment cycle;
- Proven success delivering recruiting results individually in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting multi-incumbent positions, detail/results-oriented, proficient in MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to network externally and internally to source candidates and solid direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and contacts.
- Ability to attend recruitment events as needed outside of traditional business hours and experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with no less than 3 years of a clean driving record with no restrictions on driver’s license. Incumbent’s vehicle must meet the State’s minimum requirements for maintaining valid automobile insurance and current vehicle registration.
