At Family Tree Private Care the Administrative Recruiting Coordinator provides the Human Resources recruiting team support with acquisitions and dispositions including, but not limited to; recruitment support, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, drafting job descriptions, offers, and employee communications.

Role and Responsibility

  • Performing pre-employment screenings
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and implement recruiting strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, employees, and managers
  • Meeting recruitment goals in a timely and cost-effective manner with the highest quality of candidates
  • Deep sourcing expertise, with advanced internet recruiting understanding/experience
  • Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company's compensation policy
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, and negotiation
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business demands and meeting deadlines
  • Continually document and expand network consisting of websites, user groups, blogs, and other resources where talent can be found while producing names, titles, emails, and telephone numbers of potential candidates for open job searches
  • Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex Internet searches, and existing talent pool database searches
  • Hire quality candidates with speed and accuracy
  • Make meaningful and valid connections between candidates and opportunities
  • Any additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study preferred
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a “fast-paced environment”
  • Attention to detail and high organization skills
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Be teamwork driven and have experience working with other teams/departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
