Job description
As a Distribution Resource Coordinator, you will communicate with the supply chain team to address any service level issues. To help achieve our mission, you will manage storeroom inventory and warehousing activities by staff. Your ability to provide management of medical gases and crash cart restocking processes is of vital importance. Providing resolution of stock orders/receipts and non-stock receipts is required.

- Develops corrective action plan for any service level issues and communicates to supply chain team.
- Collects feedback from distribution staff on opportunities for improvements.
- Communicates to team lead on the status for resolution of service level issues in a timely manner.
- Supports the technicians with cycle counting of the storeroom inventory.
- Ensures the crash carts are restocked in a timely manner.
- Ensures all issues with associated stock and non-stock orders are resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with corporate supply chain and Accounting to address any system issues with stockroom inventory.
- Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed by distribution staff.
