At Jerry Kelly we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help us schedule, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Objectives of this Role
· Schedule Interviews based on staffing needs
· Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
· Coordinate career events
· Maintain outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Coordinate interviews and selection procedures, including assessments and in-person interviews.
· Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met
· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
· Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
· Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
· Maintain and utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
· Keep data related to the hiring process for use in determining which avenues are the most successful.
Skills and Qualifications
· Familiarity with professional networks (such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor)
· Proficiency Word and Excel.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
