Our company is looking for an in-office Full-Time experienced Recruiter to support our hiring efforts for our growing company. We are looking for someone with experience recruiting for high volume Customer Service or Hospitality industries with Security Industry a plus. FT - Recruiter:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage, interview and Orientation
  • Work as a team toward meeting operational hiring goals and deadlines: Expedite candidate application process with urgency (e.g. new incoming applications, screening calls, scheduling of interviews)
  • Request and complete timely Reference checks
  • Clerical duties (e.g. answering applicant emails, printing records, file maintenance)
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Assist with processing background checks
  • Maintain candidate and operational databases (Indeed, Google Suite, Asana etc..)
  • Prepare and participate in recruiting events and job fairs
  • Assist with pre/post-onboarding duties(e.g. preparing uniforms, coordinating New Hire orientation agendas, correspondence)
  • Communicate effectively and exchange information with the Recruiting, HR and management team to ensure efficient processing of applicants before and after interview process
  • Assist with additional HR and Operational tasks as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience: (2yrs + preferred) in a Recruiting role, high volume hiring a must
  • AA degree or higher
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills
  • Knowledge of the stages of Recruiting processes (screening, interview, assessment, job offer and onboarding)
  • Proven ability to identify skills and potential fit when screening applicants
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and platforms such as Indeed, Cal Jobs, Google suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a friendly demeanor: ability interact professionally both on the phone and in person with customers and applicants
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to take initiative and build positive, productive relationships
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and multi-task with ease
  • Must be able to commute M-F to office in Marin County - work is 8hr shifts and may include weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
