Mission
The mission for the Recruitment Manager is to set ECHC up for continued success by ensuring that the Center has the right talent on our team to serve the community. As Kiryas Joel, and in turn the Center, continues to grow, we want to make sure that we can achieve the highest quality of care for our patients. We will do this by attracting and retaining top quality candidates. To be successful, the Recruitment Manager will develop a strong recruitment pipeline, create a system that empowers all ECHC team members to be ambassadors for the Center and the recruitment department, and ensure that all systems advance the Center’s Core Values.
Outcomes
- Creation of systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Culture continues to improve by hiring candidates who reflect the ECHC Core Values.
- Alliances are created with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and the candidates that would be a good fit for their respective teams.
- Find appropriate recruitment venues and make sure to represent the Center at those venues.
- In conjunction with the hiring managers, ensure that appropriate scorecards are created for all new positions.
- Hire, train, and supervise current and additional team members, as necessary, for the Recruitment Department.
