We are currently hiring for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist in our Southern Tier Area! As a Recruitment Specialist at Venture Forthe, you will lead the full life cycle recruitment, selection and onboarding process of our Personal Care Aides, including ensuring all job requirements, company policies are met.

Knowledge and Skills

• Identify and recruit candidates through a variety of sources including referrals, social media, professional associations and university relationships
• Sources, screens, interviews, and hires applicants in a very high-volume and demanding environment
• Builds pipeline for assigned regions
• Develops sourcing contacts and maintains relationships with colleges and local organizations to find and attract applicants
• Completes new hire orientations
• Ensures all pre-hire, and new hire paperwork, including I-9 forms, State and Federal Tax forms and Company documents are accurately completed
• Create and maintain employee profiles in the Learning Management System, Human Resources Information System and EMR System.
• Coordinate any pre-employment activities required, such as reference, OMIG verification and medical.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Enjoy working in a high-volume, detailed and structured environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience as a staffing account representative is a plus but not required
• A minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some travel is required for this position
