General Description
Assist the Recycling Coordinator with removing recyclable materials from campus and depositing them at the City Recycling Center.

Essential Job Duties
Collect recyclable materials from multiple collection sites located on campus

Deliver recyclable materials to the City Recycling Center

Distribute cleaning supplies and chemicals from the Physical Plant to campus buildings

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Must be capable of lifting 20 pounds comfortably

Able to stand for long periods of time and navigate stairs and uneven terrain

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Preferred Major
Environmental Science

Licenses, Certification or Registrations
Must possess a valid drivers’ license and a good driving record
