EyeHealth Northwest is a large, well-established, very successful private practice, serving the eye care needs of the Portland Metropolitan and Clackamas County areas for over 60 years! We have 12 clinic locations, 2 surgery centers and our own optical manufacturing lab.

We have an opening for a Referral Coordinator to join our growing team! This position is responsible for obtaining authorizations, referrals, or pre-certification for patient's procedures and/or office visits; verifies insurance eligibilities and benefits.

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Computer literate with proficiency in Windows based programs
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Detail oriented
• Ability to address patient complaints and effectively resolve problems

• Knowledge and understand of medical terminology and procedures relating to the eye
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people
