The Regional Digital Marketing Manager – BU Americas will provide a focused direction for regional digital marketing strategy in North and South America.

Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing & Communications – BU Americas and Head of Digital Marketing, you will deliver demand generation activities across various digital channels that influence our customer's behavior and generate qualified leads that increase sales conversion.

Responsible for multiple, simultaneous digital marketing programs in various countries; you will use your experience, skills, and enthusiasm to ensure the programs support the division's strategic goals, amplifying the GFPS brand and influencing the customer buying journey and retention efforts.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications – BU Americas, your responsibilities include

  • Define, develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that supports regional demand generation objectives across the core digital marketing disciplines.
  • Develop and manage customer retention, lead nurturing, acquisition, and cross-selling demand generation programs to best support the business objectives and drive revenue.
  • Manage and report on a set of key performance indicator (KPI) marketing dashboards to report on key digital applications, channels, and campaigns
  • Support relevant marketing, product, and sales managers, to coordinate digital marketing deliverables outlined in marketing campaign briefs on time and budget.
  • Manage various channels like social media, Google Adwords and email marketing
  • Manage the day-to-day coordination of updates and activation of the regional gfps.com websites and the improved customer experience.

Your profile:

  • Solid B.A. /B.S. degree, complemented by 3-5 years experience in digital marketing within the technology sector
  • Proven record of accomplishment in managing digital media, its content, and roll-out, coordinating the various sources and content owners to deliver high-quality media
  • In-depth understanding of email and marketing automation, expertise relating to CRM platforms (including Microsoft Dynamics), and knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS, Adobe Experience Manager
  • Finely honed project management skills, detail oriented, keen sense of initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Well-developed communication and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of visual and graphic design
