Regional Director - Civil/Site Division
Job description
Regional Director – Civil/Site Engineering Division is responsible for overseeing the successful operations and business development of the Civil/Site Division’s regional functions. This position will be tasked with working with the Director of MJ’s Civil/Facilities Division to set forth growth strategies, process improvements, performance management, and other strategic initiatives for the region. Location flexible to any of MJ's NY office locations.
- Set and implement the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policy and procedures for the Civil/Site Division.
- Provide supervision and mentoring of Project Mangers in the Regional offices.
- Serve as Project Manager for key projects in the Capital region which requires public presentation skills.
- Mentor and develop technical expertise of design staff in the Saratoga Springs, Pittsford, and Binghamton offices.
- Complete employee performance and career development goals and identify or implement appropriate training opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure financial success of the Civil/Site Division.
- Maintain existing client relationships in the capital region.
- Develop new client relationships in the capital region.
