Job description
The role: As a Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for several small locations in the Skowhegan vicinity with New Communities Inc., you will use your problem solving and technical skills to perform routine maintenance tasks to sustain safe and comfortable residences for adults. You will perform minor plumbing repairs, light carpentry, painting, upkeep, repair of appliances, building equipment, windows, furniture, etc. Additionally, you will maintain the facilities grounds and coordinate outside vendors for larger scale projects.
This position is full-time with 40 guaranteed hours each week.
