As a regional sales manager you will take lead in growth, development, and expansion in your market area. You will work in conjunction with marketing, training, and development teams utilizing all available resources to maximize your momentum and grow the Miracle-Ear brand.

Core Responsibilities:

Work directly with local dispensing teams to grow and develop sales and dispensing skills.

Work directly with local support teams to reinforce best practices and operational excellence.

Handle customer service issues with patients.

Research and identify expansion opportunities.

Drive revenue through special events which grow our brand with the community while creating training moments with your local team.

Assist in marketing operations by identifying local opportunities and reporting back results on efforts.

Train and develop sales staff to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve business objectives.

Education, Experience, & Skill:
Dispensing license in Illinois. NBC-HIS preferred. Dispensing experience of at least 5 years.
Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred.

• $100000 - $170000 / year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
