The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of store operations and standards in the region. To manage branch productivity and personnel, conduct store audits and checklists, this position will be required to travel to locations within the region between 50% - 60% of the time. The Regional Operations Manager also recommends and improves new processes at the store level to improve quality and cost for the region.

This position is based out of either Twin Falls, ID, Idaho Falls, ID, or Hyde Park, UT.

General regional management duties may include and are not limited to the following

• Weekly manager meetings and sales meetings
• Yearly budgeting process, cycle count corrections, and follow up
• Profit and loss meetings with managers
• Manages overdue equipment and equipment in pickup status
• Manages deposits on cash contracts
• Manages reports such as reservations and overtime
• Manages force charges
• Ensure inventories are being completed on time
• Repair and re-rent approvals
• Manage accident and accident reports in timely manner
• Learn and know individual store markets and price equipment accordingly
• Vendor negotiations (repairs, lubricants, bulk item, freight, etc.)
• Manage customer disputes, complaints, and credits
• Manage Centratel calls and follow up to ensure calls are returned
• Oversee the delivery of equipment and management of the regional fleet
• Establish ‘rent ready’ standards of the fleet’s appearance, function, and maintenance records
• Move fleet around the region as needed to maximize ROI
