These are complex sales of engineered machines, designed around proven standard ‘Dixon’ mechanisms, and constructed and tooled to assemble the customer’s parts to a defined specification.
Dixon Automatic Tool, Inc. has a long history of designing and building equipment, stations, robotic end-effectors, and machinery for the automated assembly of products, focusing on processes such as part pressing, placing, screwdriving, and fastening applications. Markets served are electrical, electronic, automotive, construction products, medical, and the appliance industries.

Responsibilities:
Our company is growing, and we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the Direct Sales in a territory of multiple States, and possible regions of export countries in North America with sales of automated assembly machinery and products. Supports the sales work and customer applications of the Independent Sales Reps in the territory. Frequent travel is required, along with Teleconferencing.
Must be technically competent to sell engineered-to-order machinery and mechanisms for small parts assembly. Must be motivated to serve our customers & company with integrity, a team mentality, a strong work ethic, and personal organizational skills. Must be accomplished in listening and communication skills, understanding and documenting customer needs, and in developing 'best approach' solutions for our customers needs.
Required is a technical understanding of mechanisms, robotics, controls, current manufacturing and assembly processes, and three to six years sales experience of automation machinery.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
