Regional Sales Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Duties

  • Identify and grow customer base for the company focusing on adhesives and dispense equipment and other applications as appropriate
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and seek out and call on industrial plants to identify their needs, to create product demand, and to close the sale
  • Perform territory sales development activities that support and develop new and key accounts
  • Establish and maintain favorable work relationships with customers and prospects and develop a good image of, and customer confidence in, the company as a favored vendor as part of the overall sales strategy
  • Serve as the interface between the customer and company to maximize the new product launch results and sales of new and existing materials and/or equipment products
  • Establish and develop relationships and agreements with customers
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities and communicate to sales/marketing management
  • Maintain training/demo equipment account according to corporate requirements


Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering marketing technical field, or equivalent
  • Two to Three years of successful related sales experience
  • Evidence of mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work successfully without close supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of end-users
  • Ability to effectively manage channel partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
