What you will do:

  • Develop new and existing Residential accounts in all NC territories, with initial focus on the Puget Sound, Inland, and Montana districts
  • Drive understanding, adoption, and leveraging of CRM/SSM
  • Recruit, onboard, and facilitate development of platform for technical product training
    • Heavily focused “on the job training” and a quick feedback loop for associates
  • Organize and structure weekly touchpoints to understand and coach the team to overcome customer objections
  • Prepare monthly performance reports to all stakeholders. The report will outline the prior month’s performance, including details on the calls performed, analysis of marketing strategy and progress toward KPIs
  • Facilitate and own “Quarterly Business Reviews” will all stakeholders. The reviews will include program performance measurements based on the business objectives and performance key indicators. The reviews will also include an account review with each associate
  • Understand, drive, and coach Pipeline management
  • Work with Sales Team to develop call schedule. Weekly report of activities to be documented and coached
  • Work with Service Center Managers on Inventory, Support, focus and mindshare on the Residential and small contractors
  • Work with Marketing Team to develop materials and programs targeted at focus customers and vendors
  • Work with IMT, Tool Division, and focus vendors on pricing, Counter Displays, and Inventory support in all locations
  • Utilize NCE resources and Specialists (Gear, Lighting, Controls, NCL)
  • Utilize Market Data, Building Starts and permits, etc. to develop new targets
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

  • Sales Management or Sales Leadership experience preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience required
  • Pipeline management understanding and proven development required
  • Thorough organization & ability to plan and execute required
  • Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
  • Able to use smart phone/laptop computer efficiently
  • Customer focused – team player
  • Self-motivated, outgoing personality with a desire to win
  • Able to turn obstacles into opportunities
  • Solid time management skills

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Office and field environment
  • Frequent driving to customer locations in WA and MT
  • Frequent driving to service centers in WA and MT
  • Frequent computer and phone use
  • Occasional heavy lifting – up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range:

  • This is an Exempt position
  • $133,500 - $191,366 Annually
