We are looking for energetic, driven Behavior Technicians to join our team at BehaviorSpan. You will work one-on-one with children in our fun, active centers. You will be surrounded by a great team of people who are excited by seeing progress in our clients and are career-driven. You will also have daily support and supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director and your BCBA

BehaviorSpan is a little different from most ABA companies. Our program has been developed and optimized over 7 years exclusively serving the Denver area. We are focused on optimal outcomes for our clients. We specialize in center-based, intensive Early Intervention (ages 1-7) services. Our program is fast-paced, fun, and focuses on teaching children quickly and making the biggest possible impact on their lives. We see progress with our kiddos almost daily, which keeps our team motivated and excited.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma (required), College degree or enrollment in Psychology or a related field (preferred).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified (preferred), willingness to get RBT certified within first few months of employment (required)
• Experience working with children (required); 1:1 with children in the field of ABA (preferred). We provide training even if you are
• Must love working with children 8 and under with ASD (required)
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and phone (required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (required)
• Highly motivated and positive (required)
• Experience in teaching or special education are useful for this position.
• Compassionate and energetic (required)
• Experience in a related field, such as Healthcare, Psychology or Special Education help in this position. Experience as a paraprofessional, teacher or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) helps.
