We are looking for the right person to join our Clinical team as a Registered Behavior Therapist.
As a Registered Behavior Therapist, it is your responsibility to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through program and behavior reduction goals that are written by the BCBAs. These programs are conducted in a variety of ways such as discrete trial teaching (DTT) and natural environment teaching (NET) in order to teach appropriate replacement skills for communication, social interactions, and problem-solving.

Job Duties Include*:
- Providing direct, one-to-one therapy sessions in home, community, and home settings
- Providing basic care to clients (toileting, eating, etc.)
- Protecting and respecting client needs and confidentiality
- Collecting and recording all data for acquisition goals and behavior reduction goals
- Conducting daily preference assessments informally or formally
- Following all protocols written in all programs
- Assisting the BCBAs in assessments for continuing client progress
- Assisting in material collection and creation for client programming
- Communicating with care takers and BCBAs progress on programs
- Participating in individual and group meetings to discuss RBT/client goals
- Adhering to the RBT code of ethics
- Maintaining technical knowledge and education towards RBT credential
- Writing technical and objective session notes for each client session
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Obtaining RBT credential within 30 days of hire (If not already completed)
- Will assist in tasks assigned by the BCBA when not direct with clients

Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Have reliable form of transportation
- MUST have been vaccinated for COVID19 (or provide a medical exemption)
- Provide a recent TB test
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Valid CPR certification
- Have availability MondayFriday 8:00-6:00 pm
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to kneel, crouch, sit, and spend extended period of time on feet
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with tablets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have RBT certification
- Experience with children with developmental delays
- Familiarity with data collection/graphs
- Safety Cares training certification

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
