Dental hygienist needed for a pediatric dental office for one or two days a week. Enjoy the rewarding experience of helping children and special needs patients.

We are in search of a energetic, intelligent, team oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who will join our remarkable team of dental professionals. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are required for this position. Computer skills and being comfortable with a a chartless office is needed. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a dental hygienist, prophylaxis, radiographs, intraoral photos, etc...
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Maintain accurate patient records

Skills

• Proven experience as dental hygienist
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
