Position Details

This role conducts/facilitates individual care, under the direction ofa licensed professional nurse, licensed physician or a licensed dentist which do not require the specialized skill, judgment and knowledge required in professional nursing. This role may be in anoffice/facility or center/school/residential/ community- based setting, by assisting with individual assessments, focusing on physiologic, psychological, cognitive capabilities and/or physical functions. Collaborates with Physician and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurse(s) to provide individual care and assumes responsibility and accountability as defined by the American Nurses Association standards of nursing practice. The position will partner with the multidisciplinary team, attend clinical meetings, and see individuals as determined by their clinical need.
