Role Description
RN HOME HEALTH
Role Description
Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs. Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques. Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan. Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications
Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests. Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene. Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection. Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient. Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician. Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.
Registered Nurse Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing. TX or compact state license required. BLS , AHA only. One year experience in a similar role.
HCHB/Pointcare experience require Excellent report writing skills. Active listening skills and empathy.
Document Requirements

Active TX RN license required AHA BLS required
Working Hours
Start ASAP for 13 weeks
M-F, days

$55 - $60/ hr (Open)
