CareLinx is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital setting. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives and creating meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Observing and recording a patient’s medical history and symptoms that they are experiencing

• Administering medications and treatments for their patients

• Operating and monitoring any medical equipment that is used as part of the patient’s care

• Educating patients on their diagnosis and course of treatment

• Serving as an empowering body to influence patient empowerment, and successful outcomes of clinical quality, through relationships and access-based knowledge

ABOUT YOU:

Required Minimum Education:

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing: Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience as an RN

• Specialization in ICU.

• EPIC Experience Charting

Required Minimum Licensure/Certification:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Georgia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

• Must have a current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS card from the American Heart Association on the first day of employment in the position. National certification in the area of specialty is preferred.

Required Minimum Experience and Skills:

• Experience with direct patient care preferred.

• Ability to read, write and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills.

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required.

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner.

• Possess excellent time management skills; practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills along with possessing strong critical thinking skills
