The RN Manager Behavioral Health will be joining a highly-accredited hospital that boasts an Area Trauma Hospital Certification and landed on Becker’s Healthcare Top 150 places to work. The RN Manager will continue the tradition of providing exceptional care within the Inpatient Behavioral Health Department.

Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Manager BH will work in conjunction with the Vice President of Patient Services and Director of Nursing to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, compassionate care from all areas of the hospital. Leading an experienced staff of RNs, LPNs, and Techs, this director will oversee a Department that includes emotional, mental, and psychological disorders.

This 8-bed Department is staffed by Compassionate RNs, Techs, and Licensed Social Workers and Therapists. The RN Manager will help to coordinate and implement services to both Adult and Adolescent patients. They will lead Quality initiatives within the department and ensure all accreditation requirements are met. The RN Manager Behavioral Health will spearhead the promotion of Mental Health throughout the hospital and ensure that patients needing care receive the care they deserve.

The RN Manager Behavioral Health will provide direction and facilitation of Department goals and objectives. They will Mentor staff members providing care throughout the Department to ensure a standard of care set by the Hospital. They will maintain operating and capital budgets and be in charge of all aspects of staffing and performance reviews.

Located in the NE corner of Wyoming, the RN Manager will enjoy some of the Nation’s most famous Monuments including the Devils Tower National Monument. The area has also been named an up and coming regional foodie destination.
