Position Overview

We have a wonderful Full-Time/Part-Time opportunity to join our Evoke Wellness MA Nursing team as an Registered Nurse. The primary function of this position is to provide direct nursing care to patients experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms and patients in a clinical stabilization setting. The Nurse is also responsible for daily documentation on every patient, transcribing doctors' orders, and coordinating with providers for patient care.

Location: Cohasset, MA

Reports To: Nursing Supervisor

Department/Sub Department: Nursing Dept

Position Responsibilities

• Patient Pre-Screening, Nursing Assessment, and Admission Documentation.

• Administer medications per doctors' orders and monitor patients.

• Assist in emergency situations and make immediate referrals.

• Maintain Standards of Ethical Conduct

• Maintain required Trainings and Continued Education

Position Requirements

Education & Work Experience:

• Minimum graduated from an LPN/RN program and passed corresponding boards from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience in a similar role.

Schedule:

• Three days a week- 36-hour position with every other weekend rotation

• 7am - 7:30pm or 7 pm – 7:30 am
