Together Homecare of Evansville, a Team Select Company, is looking for Private Duty Registered Nurses (RN), in a full-time, part-time, and PRN capacity! We have a multitude of benefits including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

· Monitor your patient’s health and maintain up to date records of the patient’s condition

· Adjust patient care plan as needed, and communicate patient progress as need

· Aide with prescribed exercises with the patient

· Routine basic care: administering medication, dress and bandage wounds, check patient’s pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels

· Help the patient with transfers in their homes!

· Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating

· Engage and interact with your patient, interact with them via conversation, games, and other entertainment formats!

· Provide essential services for elderly clients, or clients who are disabled

Requirements:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields is preferred
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Negative TB Test within the last 12 months or Chest X-Ray
• Physical within the last 6 months
• CPR Certification
• Driver's License or State ID
