Job description
This position serves as the Regulatory Operations Administrator for the Boxing, Martial Arts and Professional Wrestling program (BMAW), manages the Athlete Agents Registration, and conducts the continuing education audits for the APELS/Auctioneers Boards. The Regulatory Operations Administrator manages the license process and coordinates disciplinary activities with the Complaint and Analysis Resolution and Investigations Divisions. This position ensures that accurate regulations, policies, procedures and records are developed and maintained for proper administration of all functions, ensures the program manager is trained to process applications and provide accurate information to applicants, and ensures events are adequately covered. This position also maintains complete and accurate records and assists with regulatory packages.

Minimum Qualifications
- Effective oral and written communication skills to communicate with various groups of individuals
- Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines
- Ability to promulgate regulations
- Ability to apply procedures, policy, law, and regulations to application process as well as work with databases and registries
- Knowledge of regulatory environment and process
- effective analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to train staff
- Ability to supervise vendors at events
- Knowledge of licensing process and computer systems and software similar to those used by the agency
- Ability to work weekends and long hours as required to cover boxing and martial arts events
- Ability to drive long distances to events throughout the Commonwealth
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience in public administration, government, business administration or related field preferred
- Professional supervisory experience preferred
