• Accountable for Providing Leadership in Support of the Safety Journey and the Company’s Goal of Achieving an Injury-Free Workplace
• Accountable/Responsible for EHS, MOC, GMP, and Q.C. Compliance
• Create and improve current SOP’s and SWP’s
• Provides Supervision, Leadership and coaching to employees in area of responsibility
• Ensures adherence to standard work processes (MEWP), Establishes and ensures achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Acts as a technical resource for production supervisors and engineers and craft people for maintenance and reliability issues.
• Creates, implements, and monitors predictive maintenance and on-condition maintenance programs.
• Develop, implement and communicate strategies, goals, and objectives to improve plant and company performance to ensure long term adoption.
• Develops, prioritizes and implements reliability projects.
• Implements and tracks Key Reliability Performance Indicators (e.g., Mean Time Between Repair).
• Makes reliability and continuous improvement recommendations to Process and Maintenance Engineers based on data analysis
• Manages Reliability Engineering Design on required equipment / parts or components
• Implements projects based on reliability studies generated through the bad actors identification.
• Accountable/Responsible for developing criteria for bad actors, identifying / revising bad actors, and implementing action plan for bad actors
• Accountable/Responsible for identifying needs for RCA (Root Cause Analysis), conducting RCAs and FMEAs Failure Analysis and Defect elimination.
• Manages equipment care and OPI plans
• Develops and maintains Preventative and Proactive maintenance programs
• Responsible for Procedure Development/Documentation
• Responsible for Helping Controlling Maintenance Costs
• Responsible for Impacting Equipment Uptime
• Responsible for Equipment Specification & Standardization
• Responsible for Managing Contractors and Technicians as Necessary
• Responsible for working on reliability and continuous improvement capital projects as necessary
