Faneuil is hiring Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Service Representatives to train and work from home!

You must be fully fluent in Spanish and English, and have at least one year of previous call center experience.

The CSR Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to emails or chats with clear and proper written communication. Following call center scripts when handling different topics, identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching all issues, and providing solutions will be a significant part of your role.

Schedule: We're offering full-time shifts (40 hours per week) to be assigned between the hours of 9:00am-12:00am Central Time, Monday through Sunday

Rate of pay: $16 per hour for training and production

Computer Equipment is provided by Faneuil and will be shipped. Agents must provide their own high-speed internet.

Experience Requirements:

• Ability to work assigned shifts between the hours of operations: 9:00am - 12:00am Central Time, Monday through Sunday
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous call center customer service experience
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills

Final candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check, paid for by Faneuil.
