The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Basic trouble shooting skills
- Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease to be successful in role
- Must have high-speed internet with a minimum of 25MPH
- Must be located within 1.5 hours from Little Rock, Arkansas for equipment pick up
- Call and speak to providers/point of contacts and gain commitment for sending in the identified medical records to client
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues/complaints
- Disposition calls correctly
- Follow established operating procedures while maintaining high quality work
