Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Maintaining client files, including records of phone calls, emails, and other correspondences between clients and their sales agents
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating with customers through various channels to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- A property & casualty license or Personal lines license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
