Job description

Forrest Solutions Legal is currently seeking Remote eDiscovery Document Review Attorneys with an active NY Bar License, and with prior eDiscovery experience for an upcoming document review project.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will efficiently and accurately review documents for responsiveness, relevance and/or privilege pursuant to civil litigation matters, internal investigations and more. Ability to read and comprehend complex legal documents accurately and with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be duly licensed, active, and in good standing in New York
• New York residency preferred but not required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with electronic document review
• Proficiency with Relativity and/or other electronic document review platforms
• Must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work independently
• Position will be remote

Technical Requirements

• Windows 10 or MacBook OS Catalina with a secure internet connection—hardwire connection preferred.
• Extra monitor is preferred
• Users will be required to utilize the secure remote desktop and authenticator—instructions to be provided w/each project confirmation email

Schedule

• Monday – Friday; Weekends at the discretion of the client
• Review Hours: 7 am to 10 pm, Eastern
• Minimum of 40 hours per week/Maximum 40 hours per week, unless otherwise noted
• Duration: approximately 2-3 weeks
• Overtime must be approved
