Responsibilities
Provides service assistance to the company's National, Contract, and Business Direct customers regarding product orders, product deliveries, product service and/or payment issues while ensuring the highest level of service. Manages Disney EDI exceptions.

Qualifications
High School Degree or GED and minimum 3 years' experience in related field.

California: Compensation Range = Minimum: $16.87 to Maximum: $25.73 (for Hourly/Non-Exempt roles, based on experience)
