Representative - Imaging Services - 0.6 Part time D/W
The representative position in imaging services serves as the clerical component of the team. Representatives coordinate reports; film management; order entry and patient management.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Course work or working knowledge of medical terminology and office machines. Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task.
One (1) to two (2) years clerical and customer service experience preferred. Must be able to communicate with department members and patients. Must be willing and able to learn new activities and assume new responsibilities as needed within the department. Public Relations ability, clerical accuracy, manual and finger dexterity. Excellent organization, presentation, verbal and written communication skills preferred. Typing, clerical accuracy, numerical ability, able to meet deadlines, manual and finger dexterity and communication skills.
