Position Description:

Network Runners is seeking a highly motivated Requirements Lead to support the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS) which includes multisource and single-source personnel assessments and feedback in support of the Army People Strategy.

Position Requirements:
  • Requirements Lead shall serve as a liaison between the Contractor IT personnel and Government scientists.
  • The Requirements Lead, in support of Government scientists, will assist with the design and communication of requirements documentation to create AEAS application deliverables meeting the Government’s needs.
  • The Requirements Lead will be responsible for ensuring quality control of Contractor products and deliverables, while also ensuring Contractor products and deliverables meet or exceed best practices and professional guidelines (e.g., SIOP, AERA, etc.) for surveys and behavioral assessments.
  • The Requirements Lead shall have training and experience in (a) behavioral assessment design and administration, (b) psychometric analyses, database structure and configuration.
Education Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in industrial/organizational psychology with at least five years’ experience.
