The ODNI metrics program collects government-wide performance data for the timeliness and quality of personnel security processes, reciprocity actions and compliance with existing policies. In addition to assessing timeliness, the program is developing standardized measures and metrics to address the growing population of out-of-scope investigations, quality of personnel security investigations and reciprocal recognition of clearances.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- Required personnel security, writing and comparative analytical skills;
- Basic understanding of on-going security clearance reform initiatives with an emphasis on (investigations, adjudications and polygraph).
- Position requires strong research, analysis, problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written skills with an emphasis on product development that support on-going security clearance reform initiatives, Congressional Directed Actions and the successful execution of ODNI’s oversight of government personnel security programs.
- Experience with MS Excel, Power Point, Word and ability to manage data, building statistical and metrics tables to support the government’s security clearance timeliness information.
- Proven ability to work independently within a team/collaborative environment and with all levels of stakeholders while being proactive and responsive to government direction.
- Demonstrated expertise managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and work effectively with senior leaders in a high profile and demanding office.
