Imagine Your Impact.

The Research Recruitment Manager serves a critical role within the Efficacy Research team by identifying and securing research partners for Imagine Learning’s research studies. The position also assists with the generation and scoping of new research opportunities by leveraging available data, networking, and pursuing grant-funded research collaborations.

  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation: Compensation is anticipated to be between $60,000 and $70,000. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
  • Travel: You can also expect up to 5% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Seek out and define internal and external research opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop research recruitment plans at the enterprise level and for specific studies
  • Recruit partner schools or districts and screen interested parties for specific studies, including presenting information about studies to interested administrators using presentation decks and messaging created in collaboration with research managers
  • Track progress against recruitment targets at the enterprise level and for specific studies
  • Manage recruitment communications across multiple stakeholders including candidate schools and districts, senior executives, product managers, and research managers
  • Assist research leads with documentation of study results
  • Other duties as required

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or other social science field and at least 2 years of experience in a research field; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of common social science research methods (e.g., experimental, quasi-experimental, and correlational designs).
  • Experience in an education or research firm very helpful.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Active listener.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. Capable of handling multiple priorities with demanding timeframes in a fast-paced organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a high-quality, results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
