What we need

We are looking for a talented Research Specialist that thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a research specialist you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable spending large amounts of time researching utility and home service options that are available for our clients.

This position is fully remote.

What you’ll do

Position duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducts data research
• Leverage all available resources, such as existing databases, 3rd party software, and online tools.
• Extracts and enters appropriate data into Salesforce CRM.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and properly prioritize which accounts need to be completed first.
• Notify inside sales team utilizing Salesforce CRM that research is completed.

What you have

Experience and Skills Requirement:

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
