Resident Care Assistants

The Trempealeau Co Health Care Center is looking for creative and helpful individuals to join our team! We have Resident Care Assistant positions open currently. Work with residents to complete their daily tasks, help with mealtimes, and other areas throughout your shift. Full-time positions eligible for a $1500 bonus.

$16.78 – $17.61/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to assist residents in their daily living tasks.

Prepare, serve, clean-up of meals.

Keep living areas clean and organized.

Follow resident programs as directed.

Assist residents with transfers as needed.

Transporting residents to work, appointments and others as assigned.

Overall household duties i.e., cleaning, mowing, shoveling.

SKILLS

Familiar with kitchen appliances/utensils.

Household cleaning duties.

Outdoor equipment for snow removal/gardening.

Attention to detail.

Ability to clearly communicate.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Wisconsin Driver's License

Once hired: Attend training for CPR, CBRF and Crisis Intervention
