Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for over 40 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care and therapy services. Zepf Center provides a trauma-informed environment for both patients and staff.
We are currently seeking a contingent Residential Aides with availability for flexible shifts. This person is responsible for the immediate safety of residents, security of facility and continuity of program services during designated hours. They will work closely with the House Manager and other direct care staff to assist residents in developing and implementing activities and recreational opportunities. Hours of work are scheduled across three shifts from Sunday - Saturday.
Work Hours: Required 32 hrs a month including one weekend a month, with rotating holidays.
Requirements:High school diploma required, and previous experience working with persons who have a severe mental health disability or, enrolled in an educational program in the social services/mental health field preferred. Medication experience preferred. First Aid and CPR certification required. Will be required to have an initial background check (includes information regarding any prior criminal convictions or please of guilty) to determine fitness to provide services to individuals served.
