Residential Architectural Designer
Job description
Small, well-established Architectural Design firm with over 40 years experience is seeking an excellent candidate for an Architectural Designer. Designer will need to create custom designs as well as modify pre-existing designs within client specifications.
Successful applicant must have at least 5 years experience with residential design. Must have a passion for design and prior experience with creating density product. This is not an entry level position. Must have knowledge of Houston codes and other residential construction codes. Only candidates with architectural background will be considered (no civil, mechanical, industrial designers, etc.).
Salary is commensurate with experience.
