Optimae LifeServices is hiring an RCF Team Leader for Ames. The role of RCF Team Leader is to be an accessible, competent resource for employees who work at a specific site or in the community. They are continually assessing and responding to customer needs, site needs, and staff needs.

Duties:

• Use discretion and good judgment to empower customers and staff.
• Role model for staff and customers.
• Supervisions of staff.
• Enure the site is clean, organized and equipped with all needed supplies.
• Maintain contact with Service Coordinator regarding comcerns.
• Ensure staff have all the required materials to do their job effectively.
• Responsible foe staff schedules and finding coverage for open shifts.
• Ensures customers are receiving quality services.
• Turn in staff completed timesheets, contact notes and ensure accuracy of data.
• Train new staff.
• Provide direct care to customers.
• Attend customer appointments.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with nursing team.
• Keep site forms updated.
• Coordinate any programs outside the house.
• Assisting with customer access to payee services.
• Participate in on call.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two (2) years post high school education in a human service related field or two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience serving persons with disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
