We are looking for individuals who want to work with others in their homes and in the community in helping them to build skills and maintain their independence in a variety of ways. The ideal candidate(s) will maintain a level of professionalism in the work that is done, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have compassion for the work that they do. This is a new program at Access which also means that we will have opportunities for advancement as we grow.

Available Shift Types

· 8 hour shifts

· Full time/ Part time availability

· Day shift, Swing shift, and Weekend availability

• Location in Kuna & Nampa

Requirements

· At least 18 years of age

· Valid Drivers License, registration and insurance

· Reliable transportation

· HS Diploma or demonstrates equivalent knowledge and ability

· Pass a criminal history/background check

· Certified in Assistance with Medications (training provided)

· Certified in First Aid/CPR (training provided)

Responsibilities/Duties

· Assist individuals in areas including: safety/decision making, money management, daily living skills, socialization, mobility, behavior management, medication assistance, and personal assistance.

· Support individuals in home and community based settings

· Engage with individuals in activities to support them in community involvement and be more productive in the community

· Complete and submit paperwork associated with programs and plans of care for participants

· Transport individuals as necessary to social activities, appointments, etc.

· Engage in initial and ongoing training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
