SERVICE: New Beginnings Center, Residential Services for Children & Youth
HOURS: Primarily Sunday through Thursday, 3pm to 11pm. On-call responsibilities as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide supervision and support for youth in group care. A qualified applicant will provide direct client care, maintain/model appropriate boundaries, and teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills. Complete reports and documentation as necessary. Assist in maintaining structure and schedule. Provide direct supervision, evaluation and training to designated residential staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or two years of postsecondary education (completion of minimum of 60 semester credits) and one year of experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
